• For Complicated Urinary Tract Infection
Norfloxacin 400mg every 12 hours for 10 to 21 days

• For Cystitis due to E coli, K pneumoniae, or P mirabilis
Norfloxacin 400mg every 12 hours for 3 days

• For Cystitis due to other organisms
Norfloxacin 400mg every 12 hours for 7 to 10 days

• Prostatitis - Acute or chronic
Norfloxacin 400mg every 12 hours for 28 days

• For Uncomplicated Gonococcal Infection
