Administration
Gabapentin (Generic Neurontin) should be taken with a full glass of plain water with evening meals.
You should take Gabapentin (Generic Neurontin) at around the same time everyday when necessary and take exactly as directed.

Gabapentin 300mg 2 x a day on first day as directed
Gabapentin 300mg 3 x a day on 3rd day as directed
Gabapentin 400mg 3 x a day as directed
For Postherpetic Neuralgia
Gabapentin 300mg once a day on first day as directed
Gabapentin 300mg 2 x a day on first day as directed
Gabapentin 300mg 3 x a day on 3rd day as directed
Gabapentin 400mg 3 x a day as directed
Recommended schedule
Day 1: Gabapentin 300 mg orally with the evening meal
Day 2: Gabapentin 300 x 2 at once with the evening meal
Days 3 through 6: Gabapentin 300 x 3 at once with the evening meal
Days 7 through 10: Gabapentin 400mg x 3 at once or Gabapentin 300 x 4 at once with the evening meal
Days 11 through 14: Gabapentin 300 x 5 at once with the evening meal
Day 15: Gabapentin 300 x 6 at once with the evening meal
For Restless Legs Syndrome
Gabapentin 300 x 2 at once with the evening meal
