Administration
• Lansoprazole (Generic Prevacid) can be taken with water, with or without food for 14 days up to 8 weeks.

• Take Lansoprazole (Generic Prevacid) at around the same time every day and take exactly as directed.

Lansoprazole 30 mg once a day for up to 8 weeks as directed
Lansoprazole 15mg once a day as maintenance dose as directed

• For Duodenal Ulcer
Lansoprazole 15mg once per day for 4 to 8 weeks as directed

• For Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
Lansoprazole 15mg once per day for 4 to 8 weeks as directed

• For Gastric Ulcer
Lansoprazole 30 mg once a day for 4 to 8 weeks as directed

• For Multiple Endocrine Adenomas
Lansoprazole 30 mg twice a day up to three times a day as directed
Lansoprazole 30 mg x 3 twice a day as directed

• For Systemic Mastocytosis
Lansoprazole 30 mg twice a day up to three times a day as directed
Lansoprazole 30 mg x 3 twice a day as directed

• For Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
Lansoprazole 30 mg twice a day up to three times a day as directed

Lansoprazole 15mg once per day for 4 to 8 weeks as directed

• For NSAID-Induced Gastric Ulcer
Lansoprazole 30mg once per day for 4 to 8 weeks as directed
