Administration
• Rabeprazole sodium (Generic Aciphex) should be taken as a whole (not split, not chewed, nor crushed) and can be taken with water after a meal in the morning or in the evening.

12years and older: Rabeprazole sodium 10mg once or twice a day for 4 to 8 weeks as directed

• For Helicobacter pylori Infection
Single dose of Rabeprazole sodium 20mg with amoxicillin trihydrate 500mg (Generic Amoxil) x 2 daily with morning and evening meals for 7 days as directed
Double dose of Rabeprazole sodium 10mg with amoxicillin trihydrate 500mg (Generic Amoxil) x 2 daily with morning and evening meals for 7 days as directed

• For Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome
Rabeprazole sodium 20mg x 3 as a single dose per day in the morning for up to 12 months as directed
Rabeprazole sodium 20mg x 3 as a single dose twice a day for up to 12 months as directed
