• For Heterozygous Familial Hypercholesterolemia
10 to 17 years:
Lovastatin 10mg once a day for 3 months and as directed by your doctor as directed
Maintenance 10 to 17 years:
Lovastatin 10mg once a day and as directed by your doctor as directed
Lovastatin 20mg once a day and as directed by your doctor as directed

• For Cardiovascular Risk Reduction:
Lovastatin 10mg once a day for 3 months and as directed by your doctor as directed
Lovastatin 20mg once a day for 3 months and as directed by your doctor as directed
Lovastatin 40mg twice a day to take in the morning and in the evening at bedtime for 3 months and as directed by your doctor as directed

• For CHD patients, diabetes, peripheral vessel disease, history of stroke or other cerebrovascular disease

Lovastatin 40mg twice a day to take in the morning and in the evening at bedtime for 3 months and as directed by your doctor as directed
