Trimetazidine (Generic Vastarel®) is an anti-ischemic (anti-anginal) metabolic agent, which improves myocardial glucose utilization through stopping of fatty acid metabolism. This described as the first cytoprotective anti-ischemic agent. It acts by directly counteracting all the major metabolic disorders occurring within the ischemic cell. I had told you earlier that I was frequently experiencing no effect from the oral Tadalafil purchased from you. I am a 42 year old male in excellent health, exercise 6 days per week, and maintain a low bodyfat, cholesterol, and eat well and take vitamins.
