Usage, Directions, Indication and Instructions This topical antibiotic is used to treat acne. This helps to decrease the number of acne lesions.
Adverse Reactions, Precautions and Warning Inform your doctor and pharmacist if you are allergic to it or any other medications. Do not forget to tell your doctor and pharmacist what other prescription and non-prescription medications, vitamins, nutritional supplements, and herbal products you are taking or plan to take. This may cause side effects. Tell your doctor if any of these symptoms are severe or do not go away: dry or peeling skin, itching or burning skin, redness of skin, oily skin, new pimples or blemishes and headache.
Dosage and Administration Shake the bottle well before using. Apply a thin layer of medication usually twice a day or as directed by your doctor. Apply this at around the same time(s) every day and apply exactly as directed. Follow the directions on your prescription label carefully, and ask your doctor or pharmacist to explain any part you do not understand. Do not apply more or less of it or apply it more often than prescribed by your doctor.
Important It may take between 2-6 weeks to notice an improvement in your condition, and up to 12 weeks to see the full benefit. Continue using unless otherwise advised by your doctor.
