• For Ductal Carcinoma in Situ in Women (following breast surgery and radiation)
Tamoxifen Citrate 10mg x 2 as a single dose for 5 years

• For incidence of breast cancer in women at high risk for breast cancer
Tamoxifen Citrate 10mg x 2 as a single dose for 5 years
Tamoxifen Citrate 10mg twice a day in the morning and in the evening for 5 years

• For node-positive breast cancer in postmenopausal women (following total mastectomy or segmental mastectomy, axillary dissection, and breast irradiation)
Tamoxifen Citrate 10 2 to 3 times a day for 5 years

• For Breast Cancer--Palliative:
Tamoxifen Citrate 10mg once a day to
Tamoxifen Citrate 10mg x 2 as a single dose twice a day

• For McCune-Albright Syndrome:
Girls age 2 to 10 years: Tamoxifen Citrate 10mg x 2 as a single dose once a day for 12 months

• For Precocious Puberty:
Girls age 2 to 10 years: Tamoxifen Citrate 10mg x 2 as a single dose once a day for 12 months
